Alright - if you struggled with the bargello swoop wave, the scallop wave is a much easier alternative to mimic ocean waves on your next beachy canvas. Like the swoop wave, I like to alternate stitch lengths on each row to add more visual interest, but play around with stitch lengths and alternating thread colors to make this stitch fit your canvas vision!
