Six Wives Club Anne of Cleves

Welcome to the her story remix of the remix featuring the Six Wives of Henry the Eighth in their historical portraiture clothing with a bit of a modern twist from the musical costumes. 

Anne of Cleves entered into Henry's life as a political match to form an alliance with the German Protestants. Henry agreed to the marriage based on her flattering portrait, but was quickly disappointed when she arrived in England (dating apps have not improved since then unfortunately). She was known for her abrasive personality and the differences between her and Henry could not be ignored. Their marriage was annulled after only six months and she lived the rest of her life known as the King's Beloved Sister.
